the card system takes a new venue without a redesign, and each audience has its own place on the site instead of competing for the same screen.

description
23 runs seven places in ivano-frankivsk — a bakery, a bar, a pastry shop, an italian restaurant, catering. one company, sixteen years, seven different characters.
i designed the site: structure and interface — one shell that holds seven characters without flattening them.

four audiences,
one homepage
seven venues with nothing visually in common had to read as one company — without flattening the differences that make each of them worth visiting.
guests choosing where to eat, suppliers, business partners, and people looking for work. treat them equally and the guest — the one the business runs on — gets buried under corporate blocks.

a city paper,
not a menu
the concept landed on a newspaper — a publication about the city rather than a restaurant site. it's the one format built to hold unrelated things together.
structure followed the audience. guests own everything at the top; suppliers, partners and vacancies sit lower, in the footer — findable for the few who need them, out of the way for others.
sitemap first, then wireframes for every page. the layout was settled before a single photograph went in.

the grid
never repeats
layout shifts on every scroll to avoid a catalogue feel. hand-drawn marks sit over the strict grid — the only informal element, making seven businesses feel human.
on phones, navigation drops to a bottom bar. just like social apps, it keeps everything in thumb reach, the whole site one tap away.
